When the welding seam is long, not straight, or spiral, our machine can control welding torch move along welding seam direction strictly, thus saving cost, improving welding efficiency, ensuring machining precision, and achieving good internal quality and nice appearance.

Instructions

- The Laser Seam Tracker consists of a precision laser sensor, controller and slide. The sensor does probe the weld seam and the controller does control the change value on the work-piece. The welding torch is guided rapidly and exactly by moving the slides.

- Non-contact laser sensor makes detect position nearer to welding point, thereby dramatically reduce tracking delay and have a higher tracking accuracy.

- The Seam Tracker can calibrate the error caused by the work-piece deformed itself and the welding heat.

- The electric motors have dual-production under overcurrent and overvoltage, which can improve motor performance and life;

- Dustproof design can effectively prevent tracker inside from welding spatter and dust;

- Source voltage inputted at wide range, which is suitable for various countries;

- The Seam Tracker can be compatible used with other automatic system or unmanned system.
